Shelby Cooper is the owner of ManageWay Vacation Rentals, combining her experience in real estate, design, construction, and hospitality to create thoughtfully appointed vacation homes. A two-time Aggie graduate, Shelby earned her BBA in Marketing with a Certificate in International Business (Class of 2013) before completing her Master of Real Estate in 2015. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker (#636148) and Texas Property Tax Consultant (#12889).

With a deep appreciation for Bryan-College Station and the surrounding communities, Shelby personally oversees every property in the ManageWay collection—from acquisition and renovation to design, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.

ManageWay Vacation Rentals is no longer a third-party management company. Instead, the collection consists exclusively of properties that are owned and managed by Shelby, allowing every home to be maintained with the same consistent level of care and attention.

Today, Shelby continues to focus on investing in, improving, and managing her own portfolio of vacation homes while creating comfortable, well-designed places for guests to enjoy and experience the Brazos Valley.
